"Draw a dick on your ballot paper"! Ah Barry but will it be a "Girl Dick"?

The good thing about social contagion and fads is that teenagers have the attention span of a gnat. Two years from now Trans will be "Soooo yesterday" only the hard core loons will be left.

I wish we had a bit of sunshine to sit out in; it’s cloud & rain all week. My ma always said I am ‘prone to mischief’ which is true. We have no Party of Women in my constituency so I’m going to plaster my ballot paper with #LetWomenSpeak stickers. The only candidate who knows what a woman is is a Tory & he’s going to lose, according to the polls. I’ve never been so low about an election before but I’ll keep fighting, despite the opposition. Thanks for all you do, Barry. From rainy Cheshire, goodbye and good luck.

Everybody needs to vote, to engage. Do not feel defeated. Do not waist your vote.

Vote for a strong opposition!

I'm on my way to vote now. The Hitchens interview was good. David Starkey has released some good stuff recently on his channel too. We need to defend the Lords, with everything we've got for the next 5 years.

So Buckle down the hatches, so we can get punished for Brexit. I hope Nigel gives them hell, every sitting

I think you are right about the generation coming through. Someone told me the other day that they heard a young person saying "they're so they them". Ridicule from the younger generation will help stop this.

If it is the same as Australia, even though we have compulsory voting in all elections other than Local Government ones, votes to parties get electoral funds allocated to that party for the next election. So even if you believe your voting won’t count in changing the representative, it will add to the coffers of your preferred party.

The only I time I don't fully agree with The Jester, is when he calls the trans rights activists 'Leftists'. Yes, it is true that parties of the (Centre)Left have been taken over by TRAs. But if this was a genuine left/ revolutionary cause, then so many billionaires, and Big Pharma companies, would not be donating so much funding! And so many profit-seeking multinational corporations, would not be bending over backwards for their (very few) trans staff, who often aren't allowed a trade union- but now must have bathrooms changed for them, signage and official branding changed at great expense etc etc. Trans is a cuckoo in the nest of "the Left"- in the same way it was a cuckoo in the nest of the LGB community.

I was going to spoil my ballet paper, but decided to vote tactically to try and stop the the local Labour candidate from getting in.Looks like many are voting for him,but probably haven’t done any research about him. He is someone who doesn’t engage with those who don’t fly his colours, but if he becomes an MP he will have to grow up and engage with all constituents. BTW he doesn’t engage with GC women, says all you need to know about the dickhead.

I've just listened to that Peter Hitchens interview on Triggernometry, and one thing really leaped out at me - he said that if you vote Labour just to get one over on the conservatives, you're not hurting the conservatives, you're hurting yourself for the sake of 45 minutes of glee. It's true, but unfortunately most people don't understand that it's THEY who will suffer, not the political party.
